On February 2, 2015, in the community house in Kraków-Zakrzówek, began the XXXI Provincial Chapter of the Polish Province of the Society of the Divine Saviour. Its context is the Year of Consecrated Life and the Salvatorian Missionary Year. The motto of the Chapter is: “Our Saviour’s Mission is our passion.”

Fr. Milton Zonta, General Superior, presided over the Solemn Eucharist, inaugurating the Chapter. Fr. Krzysztof Kowalczyk, General Consultor, gave a homily. Fr. Piotr Filas, Superior of the Polish Province, is the host of the meeting.
There are seventy participants, called the “Chapter Fathers”, among whom are superiors of the Salvatorian communities from diverse countries and delegates representing entire community of the Polish Province.
The aim of the Chapter is to examine present situation of the Province, to elect members of the Provincial Council and to work out resolutions, which will indicate the priorities for the Council and the entire community of the Polish Salvatorians, for the next three years. The participants will take a very close look at their missionary vocation.
